User Deleted

The Task Planner trigger User Deleted runs a task when a user account is deactivated, reactivated, or fully deleted, depending on the selected mode. The configured user filter is evaluated against the affected user account. If the account matches, the task starts and the user placeholders are passed to subsequent jobs and actions.

Options

  • Trigger on: Select which user account event starts the task.
    • User deactivation: The task starts when the user account is deactivated.
    • Full user deletion: The task starts when the user account is fully deleted.
    • User reactivation: The task starts when the user account is reactivated.

User Filter

The user filter restricts which user accounts can start the task.

  • User field: Select the user field for the first condition. The default No filter runs the task for every user account handled by this component. The list contains the system fields User ID, Display name, Account type, Active, Last modified, Last access, and supported user fields from the Users and Groups Manager.
  • Condition: Select how the chosen user field is compared. The available conditions depend on the field type.
    • Text fields support is, is not, contains, starts with, ends with, is empty, and is not empty.
    • Number and currency fields support is, is not, is greater than, is less than, is empty, and is not empty.
    • Date and time fields support is, is not, is after, is before, is empty, and is not empty.
    • Select fields and the Account type field support is, is not, is empty, and is not empty.
    • Boolean fields provide a Value checkbox.
  • Value: Enter the value for the selected condition. This field is hidden for is empty and is not empty.
  • Second condition: Optionally combine a second user-field condition with the first one using AND or OR. When enabled, select the Second user field, Condition, and Value in the same way as the first condition.

Supported editable user field types are string, multiline text, comma-separated text, string list, boolean, integer, decimal number, currency, select, date, date/time, and time.

Note: If this trigger is called for the same user more than 10 times in one minute, it enters a cooldown phase of 5 minutes for this user to avoid endless loops.
