The Task Planner trigger User Created runs a task after a new user account has been created. The configured user filter is evaluated against the new user account. If the account matches, the task starts and the user placeholders are passed to subsequent jobs and actions.
The user filter restricts which user accounts can start the task.
Supported editable user field types are string, multiline text, comma-separated text, string list, boolean, integer, decimal number, currency, select, date, date/time, and time.
Note: If this trigger is called for the same user more than 10 times in one minute, it enters a cooldown phase of 5 minutes for this user to avoid endless loops.
This component provides user placeholders to subsequent Task Planner jobs and actions.
