The View Settings dialog controls the entries shown in the sidebar of the Tickets application. It is divided into the tabs Ticket Views, Kanban Views, and Dashboards.
Visibility controls determine whether an available entry appears in the sidebar. Entries can be reordered using the arrow buttons or by dragging the handle at the beginning of a row. Only entries editable by the current user provide edit or remove actions.
The Ticket Views tab contains views in several groups:
Use Add New View to create a ticket view. For all filter, grouping, presentation, and sharing options, see Creating and Editing Views.
Shared views without their own grouping appear under Views. Grouped views create their own sidebar group. The creator can edit or delete a shared view and can cancel its sharing.
The Kanban Views tab lists boards available to the current user. Visible entries appear under the Kanban group in the sidebar. Use Add New Kanban View to create a board.
The complete filter, column, process, ticket creation, highlighting, and sharing options are described in Creating and Editing Kanban Views. Instructions for working with a board are available under Kanban Boards.
The Dashboards tab lists dashboards shared with the Tickets application. Use its visibility controls and sorting to determine which dashboards appear above the views in the sidebar.
Dashboards are created and configured in the Dashboard application.
