Form Submitted

There are two ways a form can make this trigger run. You can either select that any form will make this trigger run - no matter what submit type it has defined - or only a specific type of form should run this trigger.

When selecting a specific kind of form to run this trigger, the form's submit type must be set to "Notify Task Planner".
