External CoWork Server

The External CoWork Server configuration allows you to set up a Server URL and Bearer Access Token to an external CoWork server. The configuration is then being used in the CoWork message to external server action from the Task Planner to send messages to teams and channels on this server.

• Server: This is the external i-net CoWork server that should be addressed. You must not add the /api extension, which is done automatically.
• Authentication Token: This is an auth token provided by the i-net CoWork server.

To address an external i-net CoWork server, it must have the plugins WebAPI and Authentication Token installed. You should create a separate user with an authentication token added. You have to enable CoWork for the token.
