Affected Assets

The Affected Assets series runs the jobs and actions once for each distinct, readable affected asset of a ticket.

The following are available for configuration:

• Ticket ID - One positive ticket ID, or a trigger placeholder such as {Ticket ID}.

The series provides the same {asset.id}, {asset.name}, and asset-field placeholders as the Assets series. Assets are sorted by name. An empty affected-assets list produces no executions. Missing assets are skipped; an invalid or inaccessible ticket causes an execution error.
