AI

The AI page provides an overview of the AI capabilities available in the INETAPP. AI features use an external AI provider to understand natural-language requests and generate or classify content. The exact capabilities depend on the installed plugins and the configured provider.

AI can be used to:

• create Ad-hoc reports from natural-language requests
• assist with ticket and Task Planner workflows, for example by generating responses, translating, categorizing, or processing text
• filter incoming emails for spam
• support i-net CoWork conversations and other plugin-specific features
• use tools such as MCP tools, Web API operations, command-line programs, and reusable AI skills when these are configured and allowed

Before using an AI feature, configure at least one connection under AI Integration. The connection determines which external service receives the request and which model processes it. Review the provider's data handling and security terms before sending confidential or personal data.

Reusable skills are maintained on the Skills page. Skills provide named, reusable instructions that an AI can retrieve when a user requests a matching task.
