Liefert alle konfigurierten Skills, sortiert nach Name.

GET /api/ai/skills/<skillName>

Liefert einen Skill über das Namens-Token. Der Abgleich ist unabhängig von Groß- und Kleinschreibung und akzeptiert auch eine hyphenisierte Form. Unbekannte Skills oder verschachtelte Pfade liefern 404. Falsche Methoden liefern 405.
